Day 10 A different perspective to the Grand Canyon

Flying over the Grand Canyon




Today was a birthday treat for Peter. A flight around the Grand Canyon.  The canyon is 10 miles wide and 1 mile deep. The river is 300 ft wide and 30ft deep with fast and deadly rapids.  

Peter actually couldn’t say much when he landed as he said “I’m totally overwhelmed, it’s mind blowing and one of the best things I have ever done”.   All in all I think he enjoyed it!
